- H-1B Visa Transfer/Sponsorship
If you are currently working on an H-1B Visa for an employer and wish to switch jobs, a new H-1B petition must be filed by your new employer. This process requires you to file a handful of documents including copies of your pay stubs, passport, most recent H-1B approval notice, tax returns, and photocopies of Form I-94 among other. We help you with this process. All you have to do is produce the documents that we request of you and we take care of the rest.
- GreenCard Sponsorship
We help individual employees and independent contractors with getting their employment based GreenCard Sponsorship. We arrange for employment based Green Cards under EB-2 and EB-3 categories. We help you on each stage of the Green card; with the PERM process, I-140 process and I-485 process. All our procedures comply with USDOL regulations.
- EB-3 to EB-2 Porting
It is necessary for you to meet the EB-2 specifications if you want your Green Card.
