  • H-1B Visa Transfer/Sponsorship
    • If you are currently working on an H-1B Visa for an employer and wish to switch jobs, a new H-1B petition must be filed by your new employer. This process requires you to file a handful of documents including copies of your pay stubs, passport, most recent H-1B approval notice, tax returns, and photocopies of Form I-94 among other. We help you with this process. All you have to do is produce the documents that we request of you and we take care of the rest.
  • GreenCard Sponsorship
    • We help individual employees and independent contractors with getting their employment based GreenCard Sponsorship. We arrange for employment based Green Cards under EB-2 and EB-3 categories. We help you on each stage of the Green card; with the PERM process, I-140 process and I-485 process. All our procedures comply with USDOL regulations.
  • EB-3 to EB-2 Porting
    • It is necessary for you to meet the EB-2 specifications if you want your Green Card. If you are looking for EB-3 to EB-2 porting, you need to file a new PERM labour certification and a new I-140 under EB-2 category. We can help you with this porting. When this gets approved by PERM, the existing EB-3 priority date will be ported to the new I-140 when filing with the USCIS.
  • TN Visa Sponsorship
    • If you are a Canadian or Mexican citizen, you qualify for a TN (Temporary) Visa to work in the USA. A TN Visa requires documents such as a letter from your petitioner (employer who made the job offer), copies of your educational and experience certificates, passport, and licences among other. Right from arranging for an appointment with the US Embassy to procedures at the Customs and Border Protection, we take care of all the processes on your behalf.
  • E-3 Visa Sponsorship
    • If you are an Australian wanting to work in the USA, you need an E3 Visa. This has significant advantages that H1 and TN Visas don’t - for instance, it allows an E-3 individual’s spouse can work unrestricted in the USA. To apply for an E-3 Visa, you need a Labor Condition Application, job offer letter, and other licenses. We will send you all the E-3 requisites and help you every step of the way to arrange for your E-3 Visa.
  • OPT-CPT Sponsorship
    • If you are a student in the USA wanting to work before you have an employer sponsoring your employment Visa, you need a CPT (Curricular Practical Training) sponsorship. You can work 9 months after entering the US. After you graduate, you can obtain OPT (Optional Practical Training). We can arrange for this. We are an E-Verified company. We can also initiate an H-1B when you require it.
